NEVER AGAIN because NOW I GET IT Over the last two years I have purchased 98 THOUSAND dollars worth of cars from Haselwood dealerships in Bremerton. My last purchase was a 42 THOUSAN Over the last two years I have purchased 98 THOUSAND dollars worth of cars from Haselwood dealerships in Bremerton. My last purchase was a 42 THOUSAND dollar Jeep Grand Cherokee 2016 from Moshi Asadi. I called Feb 4 to get an appointment for my vehicle which is under warranty. It has less than 5000 miles on it. When I called I was told they were unable to get me in until February 21st. I asked to come in on Monday of which Cara told me that "we don't do warranty work on Mondays". How about that, two weeks out, they got my money and cannot provide warranty service for my vehicle. I was also told they would give people a ride to anywhere within 10 miles, I live 13 miles away so I did not qualify for that as they would need to keep the vehicle for a "few hours". My brother told me to call another dealership. I did. Tacoma Dodge Chrysler dealership said they could get me in on Feb 7th and would provide a loaner vehicle for me. This dealership is 24 miles away across a toll bridge. I made my appointment here instead and I will be purchasing my next vehicle in Tacoma. No wonder so many people told me they would never do business with Haselwood in Bremerton again. NOW I get it. It helps being out in the public as an RN in a hospital. One can learn a lot from the public. Once they get your dollars, thousands of them, they "don't do warranty work on a Monday! More
