I told him I was very happy with the truck that I owned ( a 2005 Ram), and would probably not buy. He patiently showed me a vehicle, explained the new technology quite well, and somehow convinced me I really should buy a new one. He was not at all pushy. Just pleasant and knowledgeable. In the meantime someone looked over my truck, and then we got down to the buying and trading process. It was a very smooth process. I received a fair value for my truck, and some nice deductions on the new vehicle. In the process I also talked to Jerry, and he was very pleasant.
