Complete lack of professionalism, and customer service purchased a jeep from west hills cryslter, jeep, dodge...our experience left much to be desired..our sales person lacked the basic knowledge of the ca purchased a jeep from west hills cryslter, jeep, dodge...our experience left much to be desired..our sales person lacked the basic knowledge of the car we were interested in, thankfully we had done our research and knew what we were looking for. I don't think he said more than 5 words during the whole time he was working with us. We mostly did all the price negotiating with the used car sales manager. There was a complete lack of customer service at this dealership, the sales people act like YOU the buyer need to work for their business not the other way around. On the day we picked up our car, they had told us they changed the oil but the oil was black and dirty and there was no write up of it on the shop report, but they swore they had done it! (Insert eye roll) When it came time to sign papers the f&i manager Ronald pretti completely forgot to collect our down payment, and called my husband AFTER we had left the dealership and were home. He had my husband meet him somewhere to collect our down payment!! Are you kidding me?? Extremely shady and unprofessional..I would never buy from this dealership again, our experience just reconfirmed my thought that all care salesmen and shady and snake like! You should make they buyer feel comfortable and taken care of during the whole process, and this was no where to be found! More

Reggie Ross is AMAZING!! We have bought 3 vehicles from Reggie and he never disappoints!! We used the USAA car buying service and that partnered with Reggie was the least stressful car buying experience we have had, with all 3 vehicles he had sold us! We get different stories and reasons from different people that we talk to. Basically they are not trustworthy. They lie and blame you for the problem. More
