Recall of the ClockSpring, now no horn going on for a year! About a year ago my 2008 Jeep Wrangler went in for the Clock Spring Recall. When I got the Jeep back I noticed my Horn was not functional and called t About a year ago my 2008 Jeep Wrangler went in for the Clock Spring Recall. When I got the Jeep back I noticed my Horn was not functional and called the Dealership. I was told well the Horn did not work when it came in, which I knew was not factual. I had to argue, and being I was an engineer, had to prove the issue was in the steering column. After I proved this to them they said they would look at it, sure enough when they installed the Clock Spring they did something to break the horn. This in itself is not why they only get a one star it get's better. They agreed to repair the Jeep and said they ordered a new Steering Wheel Column, that was about a year ago! I have called them several times asking to talk to someone that could tell me why I am driving around in a Jeep with out a horn. I was passed around several times and finally was put through to the parts department. They told me that they where having issue getting the part and it could take a while (this was the first time I talked to them). After a few months I called back and was passed through to parts again and told this time they where changing Vendors and had none in stock anywhere. This last time I was told by the parts department that they might not make any other of this model Steering Column and I might be out of luck! I had to inform them that they broke the part to begin with, which he said oops we might have to get you a used one. That was about a month ago and again NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME! Mind you I have been passed to parts by the SERVICE MANAGERS, why am I dealing with parts? Wouldn't this be the job of the service managers, who's service department BROKE the part to begin with? I have been through several of the Managers in the back and some have even called me back the same day, then they disappear! More

Mike Alden helped me find the perfect lease for my family! I needed a lease for our family. We needed a new car that was safe and new while fun to drive but we also had a budget. I spoke to Mike and explained what we were looking for. I was very nervous to experience the "car dealer hard sell" and have to stress and spend time negotiating down to what we needed. BUT I did not have to do any of that. I told Mike what I needed and he came back with exactly what I was looking for. He actually came back with a lease that was $50 less a month than what I was asking for! He communicated by replying to all my texts within the hour. I told him I was only able to come in and sign papers because I had a busy schedule and he had all the papers ready to go when we arrived as I had requested. He also worked with my auto insurance carrier to make sure my insurance paperwork was what the dealership needed. I will go directly to Mike next time and highly suggest other folks to call him directly. You won't be disappointed. More
