Had a great experience with Destiny finding exactly the used vehicle I was looking for at a fantastic price. Setting up the deal was easy and sales folks were great. Downside is even though I was paying with cash, still took 2 hours sitting around waiting before I could sign papers just to get finance to try and upsell. Told I had to pay for the Anti Theft window etching and I wasn't even told about it, it just appeared on the bill. Next issue is that the car was out on the lot before being cleaned with a cracked window. I had to bring the car back another day and although I arrived at 9am like requested to get the window replaced and detailed, the car wasn't ready by 6pm and told I'd have to come back again to get the window. The result of poor communication between departments and too many segregated teams with no accountability or management. And after wasting so much of my time the only offer was to top off my gas tank. Went from a great experience and wanting to get all my future vehicles there to never going back. Bottom line, buy a car but do not work any service in the deal. Get lower price and get work done elsewhere. More

Cant get a hold of anyone. I have been trying to call and email anyone to find out when the new dash part is in (I was told they were going to fix this previously) and I am getting no answers at all. I am very frustrated to say the least! More

Absolutely the most terrible buying experience in my life. Bought my Ram back on 27 April; 2020, Still waiting on the dealership to take care of issues. After purchasing, I decided I did not want the Anti-Etch Bought my Ram back on 27 April; 2020, Still waiting on the dealership to take care of issues. After purchasing, I decided I did not want the Anti-Etch ($268.) the, Perma Plate appearance ($998.), and the Perma Plate windshield ($501.). To this date I have only received refunds for the Anti-Etch ($268.) and Perma Plate windshield ($501.). I have still not received my refund on the Perma Plate appearance ($998.). Also, for the Road advantage ($1235.), which I do want to keep, I have not even received any documentation on what the policy is/covers. Cannot even comprehend how a dealership can conduct business in this manner. More
