Excellence. West Hills Dodge was the third Dodge Dealership that I visited, and upon my arrival I knew I was finally at the right dealership! The exterior lot w West Hills Dodge was the third Dodge Dealership that I visited, and upon my arrival I knew I was finally at the right dealership! The exterior lot was packed with numerous models of Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles that were readily accessible for customers to check out. The facility's exterior and interior was very clean and well kept. I was met by my saleswomen Mckenzie, who asked me if I was interested in a specific vehicle. I pointed to the 2019 Challenger on the showroom floor and told her I have to have that one. Mckenzie was friendly, professional, and quick to address all of my questions. I had already been screwed with by car salesmen at other Dodge dealerships using the same 20 year old tactics so I was braced for more xx when I started talking about the price of car. I told her where I needed to be and showed her some similar non-MSRP prices of recently sold Challengers in Washington State. She looked it over and then went to the GM for approval. She came back and said, "First time buying a car off the show room floor? She's all yours if your ready". I told her I was ready and she helped us take some photos with the car before it was taken outside. She handed us off the the Finance Manager who was detailed, friendly, and very helpful. I could tell he cared about our purchase, and the rate at which we were financed. The GM was cool and I appreciate his straight forward approach when approving Mckenzies' request. I also like the fact he has a big bad xxx Dodge Truck. It makes a great statement when the GM owns the brand he works with. After the finance paperwork was completed, Mckenzie took me out to the car which was gassed up, washed, and ready to go. This is my favorite part about having Mckenzie help me. She knew every question I asked her about the car, even technical motor specs. She helped me with the U-Connect system and explained every button in the car. She showed me a few tricks that are not listed in the owner's manual too! I don't know if she owns a Dodge or not, but she's sincere about the brand, and I could tell she loved the car. She was genuine in her excitement that I finally got the car I wanted, and at a price I was comfortable with. Every aspect of my West Hills Dodge experience exceeded my expectations. I pass 3 other Dodge dealers on my hour drive to West Hills and it's worth every minute of my time. I actually shake my head and smirk when I drive past the other dealers. We also have a 2020 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 and while we love the vehicle, it was purchased in Olympia and the experience was lackluster compared to West Hills. The next step is bringing my car in for the Expel coating, which was easily set up for me. Thank you Mckenzie, you're the best! Thank you West Hills Dodge, I promise I'll be back for my next new vehicle. More
