We bought a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee on January 6th. Our initial contact with the dealership was pretty good. However, when driving off the lot it showed that our passenger door was open. We came right back to the dealership and were told to take it home to dry out and they would follow up with us the next day to see if it was just a wet sensor (from all the rain). No one followed up, so on Friday morning we called as soon as they opened. No one returned our call so we called again that evening and were told they would get back with us after they spoke to the Service department. We were also waiting to hear from the Finance guy, who told us at the time of purchase that he would call us back within 2-3 hours to tell us our interest rate and what bank we would be going with. Saturday morning we called and spoke with a manager about both issues and within minutes, Joe called us back with our credit union info and told us to bring the Jeep in Tuesday morning first thing and we would be seen right away and that it should only take 1-2 hrs and Joe would be there if we needed anything. This morning (Tuesday the 12th) we brought the Jeep in and we didn't have an appointment on the books and Joe was no were to be found. The service department told us they would still look at it, but it wouldn't be done until 4:30. We went ahead and left it anyhow and left a message for Joe to please call us and once again we didn't receive a phone call back. It seems we were important customers until we bought the Jeep and now this dealership has no time for us (between the salesman and finance. We have bought MANY cars over the years and even 2 vehicles locally within the last 1 1/2. We believe in referring friends and family and we also continue to buy from dealers that don't make us feel like just another number... West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge definitely made us feel like just another number! More
