Joe Henry saved this transaction and was wonderful. Our initial dealing with the internet sales department was a disaster. The representative was horrible. She didn’t explain her role in the process until we were on our way to the dealership My wife was upset and only continued the process because you had the vehicle I wanted. Joe was professional and made up for her lack of professionalism. We did have a individual call us back at one point in the process from the internet department we think, who was professional and helpful. She however appeared to be a co worker or assistant. Joe did a great job and understood our time constraints. He also understood how upset we were already with the process to that point. We would do business with him again. He met our needs. His professionalism outshined that of those at our local dealership who we had been working with prior to our trip to West Hills. Interesting enough,their internet sales department was by far more professional than West Hills. I guess there is good and not so good with each dealership. The financial experience was not pleasant at West Hills either. The individual, can’t remember her name became snipity when we did not purchase any add on products. We never purchase these expensive products and we understand that she earns a commission on the sales of these items. At least that was how it used to be and based on her reaction must still be the way today. My wife worked in sales for many years and feels that that you help all at the same level even if they don’t purchase from you this time. Have to also say we find it offensive to find that there is latitude to reduce the price of these items when customers balk. Again we understand this is part of the process but not a very pleasant part. Sorry for the lower rating on the dealership however, Joe Henry was the five star guy and he saved the deal. We were stuck with the financial person at the end due to time constraints and the fact that we had decided on the vehicle. My wife was ready to walk out due to her subtle changes in attitude and manner. Let her know please for future development that this was noticed. We picked up on it loud and clear. The follow up from the service department and Joe Henry has been great. Overall the appearance and professionalism of the dealership and Joe were leaps and bounds ahead of our local dealership. More
