Michael was really great at helping me order the perfect car. I just wanted to replace my 2011 Grand Cherokee Laredo with a 2021 version of the exact same car in a different color. Michael asked me what I like and disliked about my 2011 and then looked at all the options it had and scoured through all the options available on the 2021 to find the perfect options and packages to build me the perfect new Grand Cherokee. It had to be ordered since they did not have one on the lot and Michael kept me updated on the progress and updated delivery times. Then when it got here, we scheduled an appointment to meet and he spent many hours walking us through the entire purchase process, test drive, and how to operate all the features of the vehicle; not necessarily in this order.
