Kaylee made buying our new car enjoyable and not the dreaded time share presentation. She was very helpful and we would recommend anyone looking to buy a new car to ask for her by name. Unfortunately when we tried to schedule our perma plate appointment we were told that the paperwork still has to be processed and we would receive a call to schedule our appointment. It has now been several weeks and we have not heard back. We also purchased a bunch of service plans that included a free car rental if our car needed repairs. Unfortunately our car did have an issue that needed looking at and had to be in the service department for several days. When we asked about a rental car we were told there were none available and if they got one in they could comp us for a day. That’s not what we were told when we bought those service plans, and regardless of those plans we had owned the car for less than a week. Maybe the mixup was because the paperwork hadn’t been processed yet? More
