Let me start by saying this dealership is so organized and friendly I was blown away! There was one other person interested in the same car who was coming in on the same day but had a latter appointment. I received a call about 1 hour before my appointment letting me know that they would honor my appointment first. My drive was about 40 minutes away. This was great as I've had experienced in the past driving a long distance to a dealer only to find out the car you wanted was sold minutes before arriving. Second, I appreciate the flexibility as I had the to leave the first visit within 30 minutes of arriving due to an emergency, so Mikaela was able to do most of the deal by phone and text and allowed me to put a deposit down before returning back to the dealership on Saturday. Second, I appreciate the way my trade was handled. I felt a fair offer was made and was matched to what CarMax was giving me as the cash price. Mikaela throughout the process answered all my questions (Back-up camera, two keys, etc.) and was very patient. Third, Mike in the finance office was so nice and friendly, which is great change since most of my experience with the finance offices at other dealerships was the worst part of the whole experience. Not at West Hills! Mike clearly explained everything (GAP, extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc.) it was very clear, he was not pushy. and the paperwork was easy and efficiently handled. I had lots of questions and he was accommodating showing the APR and monthly payments based on all my different sceneries I asked about. One small complaint: I felt the detail job on my used car purchase was not done very well. The interior floor mats were not cleaned or vacuumed at all, the interior was not wiped down, and I'm not sure even the exterior was even washed. The only thing I noticed was wheel dressing was applied, but it was very poorly done. It seems maybe the people doing the detail was rushed because it was busy. As a customer, I want my new used car to look the best it can when leaving the lot. I've just spent a lot of money, and I wanted the car to look like a million bucks. If you are alike me, you want everyone around to be jealous as you drive away in that gorgeous car. Plus, your dealership name is on the front and back of the license plate brackets. I would think having a nice shinney clean car helps with your marketing image and may attract more customers. Overall, I would recommend if you're in the market for a new or used car, you should not pass up looking at any of the West Hills Autoplex dealers. I know the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep store was outstanding. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will be back for my next car, which will be an SUV next year. More

I ended up going in to have my 2015 Ram 1500 serviced for a tire pressure sensor after work on a Friday with no intention to buy a new vehicle. As I was waiting I walked around the lot and miss Kaylee came around and convinced me of the impossible, I had been looking to get into a Diesel truck to help with towing my car to the track every weekend but the market was really hard. After a brief conversation with Kaylee I was still unsure that I would be able to afford a new truck that day. Then she came around with a Ram 3500 that was perfect for me! Perfectly in my budget and we managed to shake hands and call it a deal and I couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you so much!!! More
I drove by 3 other dealers close to my house because of the no mark up policy. I am glad I did.
