I originally came in last weekend (jan 30th) and spoke with Thomas and enjoyed his enthuziasm immensely. He was more then happy to work with me and point out any vehicle he thought I might be interested with Thomas and enjoyed his enthuziasm immensely. He was more then happy to work with me and point out any vehicle he thought I might be interested in that was also in my price range. I looked around and told him that I would have to wait until this weekend (feb 5th) to make any kind of a decision because I needed to get my fiance's opinion. Thomas kept in touch with me through out the week letting me know what kind of deals were going on and if he had anything new that came on the lot that I might be interested in. I came back in today (feb 5th) and was a little earlier than Thomas expected but he was fine with that and he introduced me to Frank who them worked with me on looking at a couple of vehicles he thought I might like. He showed me a Jeep that both my fiance and I liked and then he showed me the Dodge Nitro and we fell in love with it at first sit. The price was perfect as well as all of the features it offered. Frank asked us if we wanted a test drive and we couldn't pass it up. During the test drive he was very talkative and explained all of the features and everything that it had to offer as well as what the dealership had to offer. We got back to the dealership and he asked what we thought and we told him it was perfect. So we went inside and started crunching some numbers and everything was just perfect. They were both fun to talk to and very energetic about getting us the car that we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to anyone I talk to who is talking about getting an affordable vehicle and a great place! More

Once again our visit to West Hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge at Auto Center Way has been a GREAT experience. Tyson and Dallas have come through for us with focus on our needs, and no high pressure attitude. T at Auto Center Way has been a GREAT experience. Went in for maintenance on my Charger. Saw the price on the 2010 300. Talked with the salesman about this and decided to come in the next day to deal. He was very easy to work with and did not push. Mel Did a great job. I was impressed with his knowledge base even though the Chrysler 200 is a brand new vehicle on the market. How ever I am not sure why chrysler corporation is not putting much effort in base even though the Chrysler 200 is a brand new vehicle on the market. How ever I am not sure why chrysler corporation is not putting much effort inot marketing this vehicle. It's a comfortable and competitive with the Honda and Toyota of this class More

Freddy was very patient and resourceful in locating a vehicle that fit our budget and needs. He took the time and listened attentively to our requests which is a huge asset. Often times too many dealers vehicle that fit our budget and needs. He took the time and listened attentively to our requests which is a huge asset. Often times too many dealers talk more than they listen to customers requests. I would highly recommend and use him again! More

I would recommend him to any member of my family. Which is saying a lot, and here's why I would... I got a cold call from Mel, because I've been a regular customer of the West Hills service department for years. Mel wanted me to know he would be my personal contact for anything I needed with the dealership. He would facilitate any service needs I had to make sure things were being personally looked after. He then asked me if I was still happy with my current vehicle and if I had any needs in that area. In fact I had been long considering buying a 4x4 truck and replacing my car, since I had just purchased a house. I found that having a car just wasn't useful for me at this point. Mel let me know about various sale opportunities at the dealership and I went ahead and made arrangements to come down with my husband to take a look at what they had available. As soon as we got there we were asked to have a seat and a conversation with Mel, to help him identify what was most important to us in a truck. How we'd use it and what kinds of features we were interested in. All the while, taking notes and making astute observations. We talked numbers about what we were willing to pay, and what they would be willing to give us for the car we had. It was probably a good 30 mins of getting to know us before we even stepped out the door to look at anything. But what a radical difference that time made... we only looked at things which we had specified as being crucial to our truck choice. Recent model 4x4, min 6ft bed, extended cab, air con, cruise, automatic transmission. It didn't take long to decide on what we wanted... and we went home that night with a 2008 Chevy Silverado LT 4x4 extended cad with more bells and whistles than I asked for, in a price point I was very happy with. (Here's where the story could have gone very wrong.... but it didn't. It’s important to know that there is a mission type statement that hangs on the wall next to a portrait of Mr. Haselwood… it’s called “Guiding Principals”. It is a call to each employee to listen intently, stand by their word, keep in mind the bottom line of the company, but do what’s right – even when no one is looking. The first part of this story is the workings of the “Guiding Principals” even everything is easy… the second part of this story are those same principals being applied where the rubber meets the road.) So we drive the truck home, and I’m gushing about how happy I am – and how much I love the truck. It’s about 10:30pm by the time we get home… and when we pull into the drive, the hubby asks…. “So how do we put it into 4wd??” This leads to about 20 mins of flipping through manuals and surfing the web on our android phones for photos of what the dash should look like, only to realize that in fact – we did not have a 4x4. So back to the dealership we go in the morning, as we needed to drop off a check anyway, and we let Mel know we didn’t have a 4x4. All of the paperwork said it was a 4x4, but clearly it was not. This led to something of an odyssey in trying to find a truck that might suit our needs, and still make the price point we had agreed on. Not to mention there were certain features in the new truck we found deeply appealing, so those had been added to the mix of wants. We covered every lot on the Hill, but unfortunately we were not able to find a similar truck to the one we had purchased. I told Mel there was a truck at another dealership in Tacoma I wanted to have a look at as it was very similar to the truck we had purchased. Mel asked us to give him a chance to see what he could do for us and we decided to wait and give him that time. Mel came back and told us they would go to Tacoma and purchase the truck with no strings attached, let us take it for a test drive to see if it was what we wanted. Mel and another employee went and picked up the truck and ultimately we decided we wanted the truck. West Hills made good on the deal we had struck the night before by giving us the truck for virtually the same price (only a $500 increase – which was negated by a lower interest rate they were able to secure us with the lender). You can put a price on a vehicle… you can’t put a price on loyalty and trust. I would trust Mel – and West Hills to do the right thing even when it’s not the easy thing… the Guiding Principals held true. If you want to be looked after and treated right, call Mel, and buy from West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Victrinia R. PS. As the truck was given to us the night they brought it over, we later discovered there were problems (minor ones) and we took it back to get it worked on, having purchased an extended warranty with the truck. We found out later that the items which were wrong were not covered by the extended warranty. West Hills covered the costs of those uncovered expenses. Amazing. More

BUYER BEWARE! I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a $53,000 truck from them in September and let me assure you, once they have your cash, you purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a $53,000 truck from them in September and let me assure you, once they have your cash, you are done for. I had paid for remote start on my vehicle (it was even on the Chrysler internal build list btw) and put in 8 calls, including 7 to the head manager in Service. Not only in 8 calls did I not get a call back, they didn't even respond when I had someone else at the dealer putting notes on the Manager's office door asking that he call me. This was over a period of about 4 weeks. In the end I had to go to another dealer to get an answer; it was 1 of 2 recalls for this Power Wagon (remote start was not installed in err) that should have been fixed prior to my taking ownership of the vehicle. 2 trips to the local dealer later, all was fixed. Then, to top it all off in style, yesterday I received a call from the Monroe Police Department. It turns out instead of putting my decked out 2005 Chevy Avalanche on their Chevy lot as they told me they were anxiously waiting to do, they auctioned it off but never did any of the Transfer of Ownership paperwork required by the state. The police called to tell me that it had been abandoned in a high crime area of Monroe and since I was still listed as the legal owner I would be liable for any tickets and / or for the use of the vehicle in any crimes. Then when I called the Sales Manager (Bret) asking for an explanation last night I was told he would look into it and call me back this morning. Of course as usual, no call came. Then when I called him back tonight he told me I should have received a call from finanace this morning and in the end it was my own fault for not transferring it myself! He said I was on my own; that they *never* do a transfer on vehicles that are whole-saled as they don't want to be responsible for the auction transfer drivers getting any tickets when they drive it back over to the Seattle area to be auctioned, and that all this should have been explained in Finance when I bought the vehicle. I also called a state licensing department and they confirmed that no, the dealer was legally required to transfer it at trade in and that now I would likely have to take it to civil court. Buyer BEWARE! If you trade your vehicle in here, you are asking for potential civil and criminal liability because just as I was told, they *never* do a legal Transfer of Ownership after they take ownership of your vehicle if they plan on auctioning it.
