We went to West Hills looking for a Jeep Patriot, Shawn was the first salesman that approached us upon our arrival. We told him why we were there and he immediately took us to see the Patriot, We took it f was the first salesman that approached us upon our arrival. We ultimately decided on the Liberty, Shawn was very helpful, upfront and honest with us through the whole process and made an otherwise stressful situation very easy and actually quite enjoyable. We asked for some specific changes as well as additions to our vehicle with out too much of a variation in the price of our Jeep. Shawn made every effort to accommodate all of our requests. We would highly recommend West Hills CJD and Shawn Kelley to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

From the second I walked in the door until the next day when they drove to pick me up to pick up my new Jeep, they were always concerned about my needs and getting me the right vehicle and the right price. Speaking of, you will be pleasantly surprised at West Hills willingness to drive a hard bargain. The only less expensive option would have been to steal the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about each car knowing the different features of each vehicle and how to operate them. I did not feel pressured at all during the car buying experience.
