I could not have been happier with the way I was treated at West Herr. I expected friendly service because I, myself have worked in sales before, but what I received was over the top. After just being invov at West Herr. I expected friendly service because I, myself have worked in sales before, but what I received was over the top. After just being invovled in a car accident where my vechile had been totalled, I was nervous and very undecided on having to go purchase a new vechile on what the insurance company gave me. They made what I thought was going to be a stressful situation, into such an easy thing. They handled everything for me from coontacting my insurance carrier for information to returning my rental car right there at the dealer. All I had to do was just show up with the money, sign a few papers and I was handed a set of keys and was on my way. Everything in life should be this easy. Thanx alot Jason!!! More
