West Herr recently acquired Vanderstyne Toyota in Rochester, NY. My car needed servicing and I was a bit concerned about the quality of service that would be forthcoming. This is worst dealership that I have ever been to. I have been treated with dishonesty & almost they tried to deliver me wrong car that was redone to look new.
