My daughter recently tried to purchase a vehicle from West Herr Auto. She contacted them and was told the vehicle she wanted to test drive was available, when she got there it was not. She was told they West Herr Auto. She contacted them and was told the vehicle she wanted to test drive was available, when she got there it was not. She was told they would bring one in and she left a deposit. When she got home she was contacted by her cousin that is estranged who works at a different branch of West Herr than the one she went to. Let’s Make it clear that although this person (the estranged cousin) was on maternity leave she was contacted by the sales person and was gossiped about. Apparently she is a “finance manager” and threatened to have the sales person charge her extra or “ triple”. Then proceeded to call my daughter a fraud and told everyone at West Herr that she was a fraud. When she called to get her deposit back because there is NO WAY we will ever be doing business with any West Herr after this blatant disrespect of a girl who has a good job and is a single mother she received a phone call by Mike Skidd trying to placate her and keep her business. After this phone call she received another message from her estranged cousin telling her that she’s a complete laughing stock at West Herr and they have been making jokes about her all day. If this is how your “ professionals” conduct business I find it disgraceful and this is only the start of my reviews EVERYWHERE I can think of. If need be I have screen shots and proof of all Encounters. More
