I brought the car in for tpms wheel sensors. $95 with half hour labor to confirm the issue and perform the "free" mulit point inspection which only confirmed rest of vehicle is fine. $95 does More

It just strikes me that Toyota and other dealerships have a business model that works for them--as well as a lot of customers. It was eye-opening to take a step back and realize I could have ordered genuine Toyota tpms units, gone to Sam's club--and been out less than $200. The service manager was the one who called to let me know I could have been charged $190 to have the issue checked out. Talk about salt in the wound. And when I mentioned the comment about the snow tires being the issue, he let me know he would speak to Brad about it. Anyone going to speak to the service manager? Okay...enough of the sour grapes. Lesson well-learned.
