Great salesman I don’t like shopping for cars ! I think the process is too lengthy and drawn out . Some how ANDY calmed me down and got the job done. This is the 4th I don’t like shopping for cars ! This is the 4th car I have purchased at lebrun and hope , considering my age, it won’t be my last ! I was amazed at the time ANDY spent with us explaining all the electronics on the rav 4 . New Toyota vehicle Not the best experience, but bought the vehicle of my choice (color and options). As usual, salesman was a bit pushy. Service doesn't care I had called to ask about some work on my Camry. I am not a regular customer of LeBrun's, but since they are in Canandaigua, I thought it would be con I had called to ask about some work on my Camry. I am not a regular customer of LeBrun's, but since they are in Canandaigua, I thought it would be convenient and was hoping to get in that day.. I spoke to Dan who seemed to not be that knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my car. He kept on saying 'yup' on the phone. He spoke quickly and did not seem interested or knowledgeable about my service issues. He said he would call back if they were able to get me in, but I never heard from him. I called again and again was given Dan. He said they were too backed up and that maybe I should consider taking my car somewhere else because they couldn't get me in. Ok, I did. But, I cannot believe that a dealership has someone working for them who lacks such professionalism and customer service. He made me feel like I was a major inconvenience for him and didn't even offer an apology. I will never go to LeBrun again and will not recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service. More

I was in a hurry, so they expedited all the paperwork and got me in and out in a flash. 10 out of 10 experience. More

unable to schedule service I called on June 16th at 1:30PM to schedule service for my 2013 Highlander. I requested to be transferred to the service department. "Sarah" put I called on June 16th at 1:30PM to schedule service for my 2013 Highlander. I requested to be transferred to the service department. "Sarah" put me on hold. I was on hold for a few minutes without anyone picking up. Hung up and redialed and told Sarah that no one picked up. That I needed to schedule service. she said something about paging someone and transferred me again. After another few minutes on hold I hung up. Called a local service shop and scheduled them to service my vehicle!! More
