Absolutely terrible. I tried to buy a new car here, and not only was the staff unprofessional and unresponsive, but they sold my car out from under me after we had already worked a deal. At one point, the salesman lost my license in his pockets and was digging for it when a pack of condoms fell onto the desk. They refused to be transparent with price negotiations and wouldn't even tell me how much they were going to give me for my trade in. They were constantly playing mind games with numbers and trying to confuse me. I ended up going to Van Bortel after these guys let me down, and I had an amazing experience. I got more car for less money, and they were totally transparent. I will never recommend that anyone buy a Subaru from Spurr/Bob Johnson in Brockport. More

Do not buy a vehicle from Spurr My daughter bought a car from Spurr and the first day she had it she realized, because the monitor tells her, that an oil change was not done before i My daughter bought a car from Spurr and the first day she had it she realized, because the monitor tells her, that an oil change was not done before it left the dealership. Two weeks later she hears a noise in her brakes. One of the bolts in her caliper was gone. Went to the dealership to get this whole situation rectified and they openly admitted that the vehicle had never been inspected before it left the lot. She was transporting two small children with her. They are lucky nothing happens to any of them. I wouldn't trust them with any purchase. More

Needless to say, I purchased form another area dealer (and have now purchased 3 more vehicles from them since). Today, I called just to ask their "best price" on a specific model and requested Tammy in Sales email me her response. She called me back, which was good; however, She quoted me a price that was $2k higher than I was offered by two other local dealers and wanted me to offer her "proof" of the lower offers. I told her I was not interested in playing games and just wanted to know her best offer. Tammy responded, "You should just buy from them then!" and hung up on me. More

First day after I sign it, they tell me a rust protection I paid for is not gonna be available for a while. They said they would have the car to me in two days. No thanks. So I went in, took it off and resigned the contract. That should've been the first bad sign but I needed the car. Now a week before my temp registration expires they're telling me I didn't pay for the car registration and it's on hold. I have the receipt and I paid 10$ over the 75$ price for license and registration in NYS. This whole thing has been a horrendous experience. More

ABOVE AND BEYOND Wow! That is the first word that comes to mind during my visit at Spurr Subaru. I have been a long time Subaru owner and typically buy every 3 years o Wow! One hour into the visit the sales representative was still incapable of giving us a price for the trade in and the new car. He could not do a thing without consulting with his manager. And when we wanted to live, we had to wait another 15 min because they could not be bother to return our keys. Needless to say they lost a deal. We were ready to buy with the title of the old car and cash in our pockets. More
