service department was amazing. customer service was next level, waiting area was clean bright and welcoming. Sadly the services I needed done would have cost me WAY too much ($2500 customer service was next level, waiting area was clean bright and welcoming. Sadly the services I needed done would have cost me WAY too much ($2500 for a set of headlights) and an ecu flash to reset a tune that untold wasn't there (didn't work. but was ultimately no charged fir a failed flash) by the former owner (A DIFFERENT DEALER) and a new ecu may not have even fixed the issue. so just bad luck on my part, but the service and knowledge from said departments was amazing. The inspection video was amazing, thorough, and deatiled. professional through and through. 11/10 would recommend west herr subaru. More
