We had the best experience for a second time. 1 yr ago we bought our outback..few weeks ago it was totaled in an accident ..#1safety for sure husband walked away..so needed replacement. Marshall Brady is the best sales person..as always did the the best and in less than 3 hours we drove our with a 2024 Impreza sporty model..everything goes smooth from test drive to the girl that did the paperwork part and insurance and plates..West Herr is #1 for us and Marshall is the best sales person we ever had for the whole process. Had a decent enough experience test driving and looking at vehicles. Looked at a used vehicle and I was seriously interested in making a deal. That's where my experience fell apart. Some seriously shady bu at vehicles. Looked at a used vehicle and I was seriously interested in making a deal. That's where my experience fell apart. Some seriously shady business practices going on. Was quoted, by their own in-house trade-in value tools, of getting some decent trade in value from my old vehicle. I walked away from the dealership wanting to make a deal, despite the usual "we have no wiggle room" on price nonsense. Got a loan secured for a portion of the car, $15,000 in cash withdrawn from my bank, just to receive a phone call the day I was going to drive up to the dealership stating that they had changed their mind about the trade in and were now only willing to give me 1/8 of what I was previously quoted. This issue is not even about money - I just want honesty. Would not recommend you visit this dealership looking to trade anything in, and don't expect too much honesty. Know the value of the car you are looking at, because this dealership's management was not willing to negotiate on a used car price (every used car has wiggle room, especially since the dealership took the car in as a trade in and likely lowballed some poor owner). I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend you do the same. More
