I arrived a few minutes before my appointment was greeted immediately by Tim. He checked the computer found my account and what was to be done. Marc Nagy, to my utter and pleasant surprise, has now sold me my fifth Kia. Somehow, I've established a relationship with this salesperson that I have an interest in maintaining.
