The service rep was very rude when I went to pick up my car. I have had infinities for over six years. I have a lease plan that I do not pay for service I’m certain it is in my account and every other time car. I have had infinities for over six years. I have a lease plan that I do not pay for service I’m certain it is in my account and every other time the service rep has done this seamlessly. This time he was very rude and blaming me for not notifying him ahead of time! I chose to pay for the service because he wanted me to wait there while he rebelled it. Made no sense to me and frankly I just wanted to leave. Then he said he would bring my car to the bay and instead walked back to me and said “actually your car is right there so it’s easier if you just get it”. It was raining out too! No customer service whatsoever! Very disappointed in this dealership’s training of their employees to treat a customer like this. A long standing customer too! More
