Left there feeling lied to and taken advantage when they are the ones who called and offered to replace my totaled car for the original deal at $219 to end up at $249 when they said it was an upgrade and turned out to be the same car and I was stuck with a color I didn't want because there were only 3 choices. I had to turn my rental car in and I had to have transportation so I had no time to start the process somewhere else. More
