He said he is confident to get me approved I was even able to up my budget with the down payment I had so I was excited. He really explained everything to the T. I did not even have to ask questions he was quick with the process as well. There was a problem with the detail of the car but he went above and beyond providing amazing customer service, especially after another employee was being extremely rude. He apologized. I felt bad because I’m sure he was busy but he took care of the problem. That’s what I call great customer service. More
