I had a 9 o’clock appointment for an inspection today. Total time was : hours. No one came out to waiting room to advise of car status. Today I left West Herr a very happy customer thanks to David and Anthony. They went out of their way to happily solve my problem. Might I add a couple weeks before I was at the dealership for the exact pr David and Anthony. They went out of their way to happily solve my problem.
