My First Lease Never having leased a Honda (or any car for that matter) I visited Ontario Honda where I have purchased Honda Civics in the past. I was greeted at the door by Tony DeTraglia a very personable guy who patiently answered my many question regarding terms of lease, mileage, cost, and my responsibilities described within the lease terms. My wife and I drove several cars trying to decide between an Accord and a Civic with the Civic EXL winning the contest. As the date was August 31 many summer sales ended at the stroke of midnight (or closing, which ever occurred first....kind of like Cinderella). Tony was able to handle all aspects of the lease and provide a nice new shinny Honda Civic EXL by the following day. Both my wife and myself were completely satisfied (mainly I had to satisfy my wife for it was going to be her car to drive). Also, I must mention Stefanie Northrup who explained options regarding the lease and handled the financial end (there is always a financial end in these dealings). Stefanie was very thorough in her explanations with a soft sell. We purchased a paint protectant process which I have to admit after seeing the finished results is breath taking in its beauty. On Tuesday we picked up our new Honda. Would I recommend any changes or improvements....ah, no for the process was perfect. I would recommend Ontario Honda and Tony DeTraglia to anyone in an instant. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful time into an enjoyable occasion. More

When it was time to replace my 1998 Honda Accord Ontario Honda was at the top of my list of places to visit. After some research online, I narrowed my list to a few target vehicles and stopped by to test drive a couple of cars with the intention of purchasing if the right price was possible. The sales staff was very helpful and allowed me the time I needed to find the right vehicle and we pretty quickly were able to settle on a price that was fair and the deal was done. No fuss. No Muss. No pressure. Very good experience overall. I've had the car for a little less than a week and I'm convinced I made a good choice. When the time comes to replace my wife's car, I'm sure we'll be back. More

I was shaking their hand before I even test drove the vehicle that i picked up this morning. It was ready when I got there, paperwork was complete and the salesman is very knowledgeable about all the whistles and bells that are part of my car. Takes the time to go over everything making sure that I understand what and how to work them. Everyone that works at this dealership want to make your experience with them a pleasant one right down to the service department. Sometimes when you buy a var, the service department falls short. Not at Ontario Honda. I have recommended this dealership and my salesman to a couple of friends and they were greeted with a smile and how can I help you, to make you want to buy/lease from them.
