We have purchased both new and used cars and have had cars serviced at West Herr. We have had great experiences with all of the employees we have dealt with. We were not sure at first what car we wanted to buy so the General Manager at West Herr Honda, Joe Rizzo, arranged for us to meet with staff at other West Herr locations and we tested out several brands of cars. Every single person we met with at any West Herr dealership was very professional and helpful without being pushy. The next car we buy will be from a West Herr dealership. More

They gave me a great price on my Civic Si lease. Everyone was friendly. It's a small inconvenience to drive out to Lockport, but is much better than the horror stories I have heard about Ray Laks.
