The sales staff at West Herr Honda (I worked with Adam Levy) was incredibly knowledgable and very helpful without being pushy in anyway. I was able to test drive several vehicles and given great information on each. Purchasing the car was very easy and they gave my 2007 VW New Beetle a very fair trade value. I am not a wealthy person, but I do appreciate a nice vehicle. I have purchased, Honda, Acura, Lexus, BMW, Audi and Infinity from Mike and Fred. Each transaction was better then the previous transaction. Mike was instrumental in understanding my needs and matching me up with the appropriate vehicle. Fred was stellar in a providing best price and arranging competitive financing. Furthermore, the trade value which they provided me was higher then the other offers I received. So in short, I will continue to keep going back to Mike and would recommend west herr to anyone needing a new or a used vehicle. More
