The sales staff at West Herr Honda (I worked with Adam Levy) was incredibly knowledgable and very helpful without being pushy in anyway. I was able to test drive several vehicles and given great information on each. Purchasing the car was very easy and they gave my 2007 VW New Beetle a very fair trade value. I am not a wealthy person, but I do appreciate a nice vehicle. I have purchased, Honda, Acura, Lexus, BMW, Audi and Infinity from Mike and Fred. Each transaction was better then the previous transaction. Mike was instrumental in understanding my needs and matching me up with the appropriate vehicle. Fred was stellar in a providing best price and arranging competitive financing. Furthermore, the trade value which they provided me was higher then the other offers I received. We were greeted right away with smiles and asking if we need anything, we were least to say almost overwhelmed by the warm feelings. We asked for Mike and the car buying experience came fast and easy, we informed him of what we could afford and what we were looking for. He answered all of are questions and found the perfect SUV for us were thrilled. Mike all with the other employees were extremely helpful and honest we were in our new used Ford Torus with in three days with payments that were great for us I would personally recommend West Herr and Mike to anyone thank you Mike! Wonderful car buying experience! I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sorrento from West Herr Honda. I was anxious to find a car but was limited on time due to various factors. I sent an I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sorrento from West Herr Honda. I was anxious to find a car but was limited on time due to various factors. I sent an email to Erik on a Monday afternoon telling him they had four different cars I wanted to look at but couldn't get there till 8 pm. When I got to the dealership Erik had the first car pulled up and ready to go. I took the car for a ride and when I came back the next car was ready and so on until I had driven all four. I had already done a little shopping so I was able to narrow it down to 2 on the spot. That’s when Fred Amad stepped in and offered me the opportunity to take each one for a full day to really get a feel for the cars. This was a life saver as I found that the car I really thought I wanted was indeed not a good fit for me. Had I not driven it overnight I would have purchased the wrong car. When I went to pick the car up it was clean and ready to go. All the paperwork was taken care of by the dealership and it was a smooth transition for turning in my old car to picking up the new one. As one final comment; I work in sales. If a company has good sales people, a good product and stands behind that product there is never a need for high pressure sales. That was probably the final tipping point. They were polite, knowledgeable and willing to work with me but NEVER pushy. It truly was a great buying experience...........and I got a great deal!! More
