Finance team is terrible I purchased a vehicle in November 2016 from Erik Brungard. He was really nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone. But I had a really bad experience with the finance team. Especially the finance manager Todd. I told them I did not want a warranty. But they continued to trying to convince me to buy it for more than an hour. Finally I ended up buying it, as they told me that I could cancel it at no charge within two months if I change my mind. Later, I consulted my friends and researched online, and I realized that it's not really necessary to have a warranty if I have a trustworthy vehicle. So I cancelled it within a month. I thought I will soon get back the refund of my down-payment for the warranty ($190). But to this date (May 5th, 2017), I've not got my money back. I contacted them several time in past 5-6 months, but they never get back to me. My finance manager was Todd. I have left him tens of voice and text messages, but I've not heard back from him even once. This is really unprofessional, and I would recommend everyone to stay away from the finance team. I wish I had said plain "NO" when they tried to sell me the warranty. More
