When I dropped off my car, Dale said that they were so busy that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day, Saturday. He arranged for Jack to drive me home (another wonderful man). 10 minutes after I arrived home, the phone rang! It was Paul from the service department! My car was ready!!!
