When my favorite car salesman ever, Skip Fred, retired, I was at a loss for who I was going to go to when I needed something for my car. When I called over to West Herr, I was transferred over to Don Nowak. was at a loss for who I was going to go to when I needed something for my car. When I called over to West Herr, I was transferred over to Don Nowak. He explained that my paint protection plan did not cover chips in the paint caused by stones. He offered to order touch up paint for me. I told him that I don't get out to Hamburg that often and he said he'd hang onto it for me. I called 2 months later and when I gave him my name he immediately told me "I've got it right here on my desk." When I arrived there he came right out and handed me my paint with a smile.
