Buyer beware is all I can say I’ve made a total of four payments on my new used 2009 Towne & Country Mini Van and I’m back in the service department again today. The first time, I need two rear wheel bearings and front brakes, which West Herr did take care of. However, I’m back again, missing work, and now I have no heat. My rear windshield wiper also broke. Of course, the $2,000 warranty that they forced me to purchase doesn’t cover either repair. Who has a spare $600 plus two weeks before Christmas for a van I purchased less than 6 months ago....have no choice but to pay over $250 for a leaking radiator hose and new coolant, which seems really expensive to me and everyone that I have told. But I have to have heat in Buffalo in December. Would have been some great Christmas presents for my kids. I thought buying a new used vehicle would save me money on repairs for alittle while. I guess not, especially when I purchased a piece of junk. So not happy right now! I can’t afford to fix the rear wiper. So expensive. Not to mention I had a 2:00 appt and I’m still sitting here at 5:25 More
