Alex in the service department does not listen to the customers. On top of that I don’t think he knows how the cars they sell work. I went here because my jeep is still under warranty. I had an oil leak. I was told all it was my oil filter was loose. They did not have to fix anything . They had to remove the plate, tighten the filte I had an oil leak. I was told all it was my oil filter was loose. They did not have to fix anything . They had to remove the plate, tighten the filter and degreased it. I had to pay $172.79. A different dealer down the road fixed a car under warrenty today 3/4/22 that needed a new oil pump and they did not charge anything at all for the labor and parts. Same warrenty coverage 2 different makes. FREE. More
