Doan was very good with working with me and my bad credit in getting me into a quality used car. The communication was a little lacking in the process of getting the financing I needed though. I worked with Haang Levin in purchasing a 2012 Jeep Compass. When I frist got to the dealership I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy. He helped me narrow it to the Compass when I said I wanted 4 x 4, no Compass. When I frist got to the dealership I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy. He helped me narrow it to the Compass when I said I wanted 4 x 4, no bells and whistles. First I drove a new one, then I drove a used Sportage Kia. I left the dealership and visited several other dealers. I came back to Doan because I trusted Haang and because of the dealerships inventory. When I got there he told me about a 2012 with 2,000 miles on it and that is the one I bought. We ran into a couple of snags because I was buying the car for my sister who lives in Rochester and I live in Minnesota. He professionally resolved the snags and made the deal easy. Since it was a gift, he also got a bow for me to put on the car. All in all, a very good experience. More

We went to other dealers looking for a spacific suv and they tryed saleing us everything but we wanted. When we went to Doan Steve Otis greated us and ask if he could help us or if we just wanted to look,w they tryed saleing us everything but we wanted. He did not push anything on us. he helped us get the vehicle that we wanted at a very resonable price and made sure everything worked on it. I am pleased with the outcome and, more importantly, now have confidence to use Doan's service department in the future. ============================================================= Brought 2000 Chrysler Sebring Convertible in for service on 9/27/11 for various issues totaling $1,645.83 ($1,041.06 was for labor). One of the issues was the fan speed for heater/AC - only works on high speed. Original diagnosis was to replace blower resister. Fan worked on different speeds for a couple of weeks then only worked on high once again. Brought vehicle back in for service on 12/1/11 only to be told that the original diagnosis was incorrect. New diagnosis found motor amperage excessive causing resistor to fail - now needs bloweer motor and resistor replaced. Although the prior service work was still under warranty, they were going to charge $90 for the new diagnosis and an estimate of $383 plus tax to fix properly. I spent additional money on the upsell recommendations (spark plugs, brake pads) with the understanding that my primary concerns would be fixed. Money spent on the supplemental service work would have been used to properly fixed the fan if the proper diagnosis was made. Obviously, I would not pay for the new diagnosis because I will not be held accountable for a mechanics competency level. Needless to say, I would not agree to pay an additional $383 plus tax to fix the fan. More

The sales consultant, Roland Tobacco was very personable, asked thorough questions of our likes and dislikes, which allowed us to make the choice of vehicle that best matched our needs. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. After a couple of days, he even followed up with us to determine if we were happy with our purchase and we definitely are. More
