Horrible experience I purchased a car from Steve Otis (this was a terrible experience in itself) and the car has had problems ever since I purchased it. Now I am being to I purchased a car from Steve Otis (this was a terrible experience in itself) and the car has had problems ever since I purchased it. Now I am being told that the problem that the car is having is normal. The car shakes at speeds over 60mph. How is this normal???? I have asked for help to get another vehicle and they tried but said I owed too much on my current car. I want to return the car but they will not do that either. I made a complaint to the Chrysler corporation and this dealership (Jerry Nash from service) told so many lies about what was happening with my car and no one from the dealership would return Chrysler's call when they wanted to work with them to figure out what could possibly be wrong with my car because they never heard of any of their cars shaking. Seriously considering going to the Attorney General to get help because this car feels very unsafe. I drive on expressways and thruways a lot and it is just unsafe and very nerve-wracking when your car is constantly shaking . I find it hard to believe that a car can shake the way that it does and it is 'normal"! Horrible, horrible experience. Waste of time and money. More

I went into Doan a few days after my accident to just test drive a Jeep I was interested in. I left that day not thinking this car would ever be mine. My salesman Marty was so very helpful and pleasant. He was more than willing to show me all my options and get me driving the cars I was interested in. He introduced me to the sales manager and got me in the car I wanted to be in for a price I could afford. Marty was not pushy but kept in touch enough to make sure I was able to get in my new Jeep at the best time for the best price! Thanks Marty! Glenn was courteous and helpful and did not exert any pressure on us to purchase immediately. He took time to explain the features of each car and allowed us to test drive as many cars as we wanted to. The overall purchasing experience was very positive. He explained all the rebates and discounts and told us about a discount that we would not have known about. The experience was certainly not like purchasing a car in the old days. This is our sixth minivan from Dodge and Chrysler. More

Engine failure Experienced an engine cam shaft failure on a new 2017 Grand Cherokee with only 450 miles. The response from the service department and from Chrysler Experienced an engine cam shaft failure on a new 2017 Grand Cherokee with only 450 miles. The response from the service department and from Chrysler have been very disappointing. It took 9 days to diagnose the problem and after two weeks we still do not have the vehicle returned. The service department promises to make it right but despite multiple requests has not lived up to their word or provide any requested reassurance of protection against any other damage or failures as a result of the broken cam shaft. I am still awaiting some sort of response with no end in sight and fear I could live with multiple future issues. The sales experience was very good - however with an essentially brand new vehicle there is no sense of importance to the customer now that the sale has been made. There is still hope for a mutual resolution but the frustration seems it may outweigh any proposed settlement. Hope they can do what's right in the end. More
