Took my 2021 silverado there to have the transmission worked on. They came to me and said they couldn’t do anything to fix it. I gave them a 1 star review. My phone rang 10 minutes later from manager tel worked on. They came to me and said they couldn’t do anything to fix it. I gave them a 1 star review. My phone rang 10 minutes later from manager telling me I shouldn’t do that. I told him my truck wasn’t fixed. He said bring it in again and I did. Still no results. (It jerks bad when driving it) The guy who talked to me didn’t even know I had it there a few days before. Terrible service department. Also don’t buy a 4 cylinder turbo Silverado you will be disappointed! GM is also aware of the problem but not doing anything about it. They don’t tell you these things when buying from West Herr.
