Decent sales team, but the worse service group I've ever encountered. In February and March I purchased a 2022 Tahoe and 2022 Silverado I received the Silverado the last week in March, within a month, the encountered. In February and March I purchased a 2022 Tahoe and 2022 Silverado I received the Silverado the last week in March, within a month, the lane keep assist stopped working, called and had an appointment to bring in for service on 5/3/22, the day of my service appointment, I got a chip in my front window (a small stone on the highway hit the front window). When I leased the truck, I also purchased the lease warranty plan that covers dings, scratches, chips in windows, etc. When I drop my truck off to have the lane keep assist looked at, I asked the service consultant, Christian, about repairing the window via the warranty as well, while it's in for service, he responded that they do not do any window work at O'Connor (West Herr) and they could not help me. So I called my salesman, who then explained to the service consultant about their lease protection warranty, and they now tell me they can fix the window. They tell me the lane keep assist is not working because an issue with a camera on the truck, and they'll have to order a new one. Realizing parts take a while to come in these days (especially something electronic), I ask repeatedly if I can get the window repaired before the chip grows in size. I kept getting the run around of reasons why they can't do the window. Fast forward to the end of June, the camera comes in, they can finally install the camera and fix the window at the same time. I call in the afternoon, after not hearing back anything all day (I had dropped the truck off the night prior), they explain it's ready for pickup but they were unable to fix the chip in the window, and the window now needs to be replace. Exactly what I predicted would happen after 2 months of waiting. I'm told I would receive a call the next day to schedule replacing the window. 2 weeks later I get a call back stating the window was in and had an appointment to get replaced. The appointment was for 7/19, I dropped off the vehicle the night before, they were still open, I walked in and spoke with Christian, left him the keys, tells me they'll take care of the next day and I'll get a call when complete. I leave the dealership and get a call 20 minutes later, asking how I was going to pay for the repair (first mention that this would not be warranty any more). They say because they window needs to be replaced it's no longer cover. This is in the evening, and at this time my insurance provider is closed, so Christian tells me they would need to re-schedule my appointment till we can get insurance taken care of, or I would have to pay for the work So I went back and picked up the truck, and I plan to never return again. Such lack of caring or any communication out of the service department 5/3/22-7/19/22 and still have a damaged truck window, and they won't honor a warranty that they sell with their leases More
