I had an issue with my 2022 GMC Sierra all of the instrument lights were on and it said service ESC limited steering assist and abs. I called they were able to get me in right away I live over an hou instrument lights were on and it said service ESC limited steering assist and abs. I called they were able to get me in right away I live over an hour from the dealership so I hurried in. When I got there I was put on Greg’s team. Noticing I drove quite a distance Greg immediately got my vehicle in to a service bay. Within 30 mins they had found the problem located the part at another dealership picked up the part and had me on the road within 2.5 hour! I was so grateful I didn’t have to rent a car to get home or pay a friend/family member to pick me up at almost $5 a gallon for fuel. Greg is the definition of customer service and I’m grateful for that! More
