Recommended by a coworker. Felt comfortable dealing with a big corporation to buy a car but I was shown a car that didnt have a title. If I knew it would give me 2 weeks of a headache I would have chosen a a big corporation to buy a car but I was shown a car that didnt have a title. If I knew it would give me 2 weeks of a headache I would have chosen a different car despite the low mileage and higher price tag. I felt like I was being strung along being told conversations were happening but werent. For example. I was being told my car would be towed and traded in despite the damage it was in and it wasnt till I picked up the car that they informed me otherwise. I had to find a tow and deal with it. I could have moved it and taken the plates off earlier which would have saved me money. I was offered a days rental which helped except I work more than one day so I had to scramble for rides and try to give shifts away. When I was getting the car I snapped pics of them making small talk instead of ending the ordeal that was the car. Being told the title was on someone's desk when it didn't even arrive. It seemed like I was just being told what I wanted to hear. Some Fyre Island type of stuff. I just had a bad experience because it wasn't a smooth transaction. I had to fight for my rates so I didn't feel like a good deal was presented. I went here because I thought I was getting a deal but really I was just a regular customer that had to stand up for better rates and car. More
