SALES and SERVICE STAFF , TRUE PROFFESSIONALS My wife and I were returning from a West Coast Vacation, back to Calgary, Canada. We experienced, a bad knocking noise in the rear end of our JEEP, Gr My wife and I were returning from a West Coast Vacation, back to Calgary, Canada. We experienced, a bad knocking noise in the rear end of our JEEP, Grand Cherokee. Stopped for directions, was greeted by Reuben Esparza, he was very helpful on directions to Jeep Dealership in Kennewick, he expressed concern on driving the Jeep further, due to the loud noise and professionally offered to introduce me to service manger at WC Dealers, Wes Ducat, as they work on all Makes and Models. Wes offered to check it out and on a quick test drive, suggest to put on the lift, where Matt Brighton , determined the issue, and resolved the issue, to avoid what , could have been a bad accident, or worse. I work in the service industry myself, and I can truly say, All the staff , we interacted with, were true professionals and are at the highest level in commitment to their occupations. Reuben , Wes and Mike, are individuals that have taken their profession to the next level, and show genuine commitment and friendliness to their customers. I would just like to say, thank you to all the staff, especially Reuben, Wes and Mike for getting us home , safely. And, if our Canadian dollar exchange rate, ever gets close to being Par to the American Dollar, I 'm coming south to get my next car from this Dealership.
