Thanks to Henry who first helped me through a phone call and even though he wasn't available the day of, he still managed to take good care of me. Even after i purchased the car he still calls to make sure i was happy with my choice Henry is the real MVP. Rogelio who was the one who helped me in store went above and beyond trying to work with our budget and even went to another dealer location to bring me the car i walked out with. So in the past I have avoided it, and bought my cars from a private party through craigslist. Well something caught my eye the other day at West Coast Auto Dealers and I decided to pull in to take a look. I'm thankful I did. My experience with them and with Josh Smith has broken my belief that all car salesmen are the same. I really enjoyed Josh's approach, he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process but most of all his low pressure approach to helping me find my new car is what made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. I ended up buying a used Cadillac, something I had sought after for awhile. The price was right and the experience was pleasurable. I'll definitely refer my friends and be back around when I'm ready for another car. More

Customer service We had applied to this dealership and went in to the Moses lake location.
