Transplant from Texas to The Tri-City area I was relocated from Texas to the Tri-City area and I needed to purchase a nice 4x4 pickup. But with my credit issues and challenges from my past left I was relocated from Texas to the Tri-City area and I needed to purchase a nice 4x4 pickup. But with my credit issues and challenges from my past left me with bad credit. I make good money but all I needed was a chance and someone who will not judge me but help me. So, I made a phone call to the Kennewick office and spoke to Daniel Couch, he made me feel like I was a VIP. I didn't sense any judgement in his voice and he said he would do whatever he could to help us out. So long story short MISSION ACCOMPLISHED the West Coast Auto team of Daniel Couch, Christopher Hauge & Josh Smith, pulled it off and we approved for a 4x4 Ford F150 Lariat Pickup. It ended up being nothing, but we brought it back to the dealership just to ask them about it. They said to let them know if it is something serious and they will help us with it, since we had the vehicle less than 24 hours.
