Kennewick dealership horrible experience. Me and my boyfriend live in Yakima and recently Bought a car from West Coast in Kennewick, had a good experience at first then after the papers were s Me and my boyfriend live in Yakima and recently Bought a car from West Coast in Kennewick, had a good experience at first then after the papers were signed. They provided a full detail to the car promising to fix all the damages we pointed out to them. The list of damages they said they would fix was included in the contract we signed. Some of the promises were not kept. For example they did not fix the scratches and paint chips we requested. We were told the car would be driven out to us the next day. After calling them multiples times wondering when we were going to get our car that we had already paid for, It took them a full week and a day to finally call and tell us that WE needed to go pick up the car after promising they would bring it out to us. Come to find out once we got there the car wasn’t even ready and was at their Pasco location. We had to resign papers at the Pasco dealership which was a huge inconvenience for our credit. The Kennewick dealership was little to no help in the matter of us getting our car. But everyone in the Pasco dealership was very helpful Mike and I believe Paul were the kindness souls ever. I wish we would have bought the car through them the first time. After waiting about 2 hours for the car we finally left the dealership feeling better about our purchase. More

First they made me write a great review to get $20 for gas. I never received that. Second they were going to buy a car from me. I told them I had just transferred it to my name and that I didn't have the title. They said it was fine and to come back on a Sunday, the next day, to get the check. I go back Sunday and well of course it's Sunday and they can't issue a check. Great. Well, then I was talked into looking at cars. I told them I didn't have good credit and last time I bought a car with them the experience was ridiculously horrible. They said, "Oh it will be different this time." It wasn't. It was the same experience. So now I will be taking back the car they said I had an approval on back and picking up my car that they said they would buy from me. I am currently waiting for a call back from a manager to express my frustrations with them. I will never come back and I will make sure I let as many people as I can know how this company is and not to go here. Sorry David you were cool though. More

Saving Grace It was nerve racking walking into a dealership and feeling like you might get reeled into buying a new vehicle.
