Typical purchase experience Even though my wife and I came pre qualified for our purchase deal was not complete until 8 hours later. But I feel like the few I worked with wanted and tried to be helpful. They seem to be understaffed is all. Priorities are out of whack. At least with my experience. More than once was I waiting to sign papers to get home. But new came in and I was put on back burner. I will mention that car you purchase should be inspected. Because the sticker they put on cars saying they were speaks to contrary. But when you buy used.... I do feel you should get what you pay for and I am unsettled. Overall, nice selection of vehicles. And current staff in Moses lake location was friendly. More
