First car buying experience I decided I needed a new car so I looked online to find one I wanted. One not very happy customer! So many things went wrong with my purchase at first they told me they where going to put gas and before I left there was no gas, the tires we wanted t So many things went wrong with my purchase at first they told me they where going to put gas and before I left there was no gas, the tires we wanted them new because my brother works at les Schwab he notice they weren’t good and they didn’t switch them when I picked it up, the windshield fluid don’t work, there is chips all over the hood now that I washed it 3 times you can tell how chip it is, on the side of the door there’s a silver piece coming out. The check engine came on when I went home, the ac don’t work! The lug knots where all lose because I took it to Les schwab and told me I was missing one and the others where not tied at all that I couldn’t got in a accident and killed my family. And that’s because they told me they do a whole full Expection before a car gets sold! The only good thing bout this whole car mess is that they ended giving my key to the west coast dealer ship in Moses lake and I’m so happy I went there I should of gone there in the first place! They helped me out as much as they could and fixed at no coast what they could, gave me advise and if I needed anything to please give them a call that they would do whatever it took to help me out with this mess. Overall for being a first time buyer i wish I would have gone somewhere else not happy at all but we live and learn! More
