The service center is horrible I loved the experience of purchasing my vehicle from West Coast Auto Dealers, but I will never return to the service center! Not only is there service I loved the experience of purchasing my vehicle from West Coast Auto Dealers, but I will never return to the service center! Not only is there service center unable to keep on schedule but they extended the time needed twice.... by more then a week. The first time I was told it was done I drove 3 hours round trip just to be told it was a mistake and that my truck was not done and it was not even on the lot I was told it would be on. To top it all off the finished product was not even right. My truck went in to have leather seats put in and the “finished product” has seams with frayed stitching, places where they extended cuts for fit thinking moldings would cover them but the cuts are visible past the molding. Scrap ends and clips where left on the floor or thrown under seats and wires that where bundled and tied in secure places are loose and left where they could easily be pinched in the track of the seat. I recommend there sales department but never there service department! More

Everything was smooth sailing from then on. I have bought from another car dealership before and it was nothing like this. I will definitely come back here. They worked with me and answered all my questions. I didnt feel like I was being pushed into anything. I didnt feel like they were trying to just make a sale. I get comfortable.
