Typical Used Car Salesman Lied to multiple times. So many broken things. Tried calling manager Mike Gonzalez at least 15 times over the last 3 months with no return call. Never received missing windshield wiper I was promised, in writing no less. Horrible, horrible customer service. Worst car buying experience of my life. More

No communication Was told daily for 2 weeks that someone would call. No one called until one day and they were ready now...no heads up. Got a loaner. Got work done. Was told daily for 2 weeks that someone would call. No one called until one day and they were ready now...no heads up. Got a loaner. Got work done...happy with work. Time to get vehicle back...no one would return call. Had to go out of town but had to postpone as I did not get my vehicle back before trip permit expired on loaner. Not impressed. More

Awesome customer service I went to look at a car I saw on line and Ramon was very helpful. I did not like the original car I went to see so Ramon suggested another car he had I went to look at a car I saw on line and Ramon was very helpful. I did not like the original car I went to see so Ramon suggested another car he had on the lot. 30 seconds into the test drive I fell in love with the car! The staff was very hatful and got me out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely go back for my next purchase. More
