Bad, really, really bad... They deserve ZERO stars, but I'm forced to give them at least one to post this review... It used to be a great place, but no more... I had an appoin They deserve ZERO stars, but I'm forced to give them at least one to post this review... It used to be a great place, but no more... I had an appointment for 3:30 pm, routine maintenance. I'm there at 3:20, no other customers before me - great. Fast forward to 4:45 and I start asking where is my Tacoma and why it's taking that long. The adviser tells me that they didn't even start on it yet!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous.... I will never go back and if you value your time, you might want to consider other places to service your car or truck. More

Another great experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota I brought my car in for service and Jacob one of the sales representatives approached me and asked me if I'd be interested in trading my vehicle in fo I brought my car in for service and Jacob one of the sales representatives approached me and asked me if I'd be interested in trading my vehicle in for a newer model. You would work very hard to keep my payments right around what I was spending. He took the time to find out what I did for living. He asked me about what I thought I needed as accessories or options in the vehicle. He took the time to find out what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me a a vehicle. We need to go to the negotiated back and forth we could we agreed upon a price. After doing the paperwork Jacob took the time to go through the different features of the vehicle and how they worked. The experience was quick and professional. I highly recommend using Wesley chapel Toyota. More
